Frequently Asked Questions — Blueprints & Suites

What is the difference between a Blueprint and a Suite?

A Blueprint focuses on one specific question or decision.
It provides a structured analysis to help you understand your situation and decide what to do next.

A Suite is designed for more complex situations, where multiple areas are shifting at once.
It integrates several analyses and supports how decisions are sequenced over time.

Do I need to start with a Blueprint?

Not necessarily.

Most people begin with a Blueprint because it brings immediate clarity to a specific decision.

If your situation already involves multiple interconnected areas, starting with a Suite may be more appropriate.

What do I actually receive in a Blueprint?

You receive a structured, written analysis of your situation.

This includes:

  • a clear framing of your decision context

  • identification of key patterns and constraints

  • structured ways to evaluate your options

  • guidance on next steps

It is designed to help you move from uncertainty to decision.

What is included in a Suite?

A Suite includes:

  • multiple coordinated Blueprints

  • an integrative synthesis across areas

  • structured guidance on how to sequence decisions

  • a focused Integration Conversation to clarify and apply insights

It is designed for situations that cannot be resolved in a single step.

Are Suites just bundles of Blueprints?

No.

While Suites include multiple analyses, their value lies in how everything is integrated and sequenced.

The focus is not only on understanding — but on making decisions coherently across time.

What happens if I start with a Blueprint and later move into a Suite?

Your existing Blueprint is integrated, not repeated.

The Suite builds on it by connecting it to other areas and structuring the next set of decisions.

In some cases, part of your initial investment may be recognized. This depends on timing and scope.

Is this coaching or therapy?

No.

This work is structured analytical support for decision-making.
It is not ongoing coaching, counseling, or therapy.

How personalized is the work?

All Blueprints and Suites are prepared individually.

They are based on your specific situation, context, and inputs.
No reports are automated or reused.

How long does it take?

Blueprints are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after intake.

Suites are delivered in stages, aligned with the structure of the work.

What if I’m not sure where to start?

If your situation feels focused, start with a Blueprint.

If it feels complex or multi-layered, a Suite may be more appropriate.

If you’re unsure, you can apply for a Poised Leadership Conversation to clarify the best starting point.

Can I get additional support after receiving my Blueprint?

Yes.

Further integration or advisory support may be available, depending on your situation and needs.
