Poised Leaders

i.Have a strong sense of self-worth and Dignity. Their presence silently and magnetically commands respect. It’s an “Executive Presence” and even Royalty kind of presence they bring to any room they walk into.

ii. Lives and acts based upon their own values and convictions. Not the ones imposed on them by family or culture.

iii. Master their inner-authority and decision-making process. They hold strong boundaries around it.

iv. Are strongly and consistently connected to their instincts, to provide them with the sense of Direction and Destination they need to succeed. 

v.They consistently operate from high vibrations and a healthy state of being (thoughts, emotions, energy levels).

vi. Are self-possessed. They carry themselves in an authentic and yet appropriate way in any environment and forum.

vii. Are affluent and attract wealth in all ways.

viii. They’re purpose and mission-driven. They have a cause, or several causes, bigger them themselves to live by.

ix. They’re extremely selective on who they serve. They hold strong relationship boundaries and know that their energy should be directed to the special people that are sincerely open to growth.

x. They honour themselves by pursuing and investing consistently in their personal care and personal development path (mind, body, soul).

My life's work is centred on empowering leaders to become Poised Leaders. 

By having more Poised Leaders, we're not only positively impacting organizations, but also families, communities and most importantly, future generations. It goes being an Authentic Leader or being a Servant Leader. 

The Poised Leader is a Leader that is in the path of Individuation, Differentiation and Enlightenment. Because only by going through this path a leader can truly support and lead others, respecting and empowering them in their own individual journeys. "

Why "Poised" Leadership - the story behind it

"Hi, it's Thaís here. I wanted to share the story behind why "Poised" Leadership became the central theme for my life's work.

I received the word by intuition. This word and its variances started repeating in my mind not stop. Poised was a completely unknown word for me, not being an English native speaker. I searched for its meaning and I searched for "Poised", "Poised Leader" and "Live with Poise", to see what were the definitions.

I came across a sermon from a priest or reverend that brought me to an uncommon reaction  - immediate tears and goosebumps. 

It was all about Jesus being a Poised Leader, how he lived with Poise, how he communicated with people, how he responded to offences always coming from a strong sense of self-possession, how discerning he was of the people he met in the way....and in summary, his strong sense of dignity, direction and destination through his path.

How embracing his soul calling and his mission was challenging anyways. He was tempted. It wasn't easy. Many times it all seemed unfair, as many people couldn't quite get who he really was, what was his mission and didn't quite support his journey. Not until he started performing miracles was when he started being accredited by a bigger number of people.

Taking away any religious bias and considering Jesus was a spiritually enlightened man and leader, can you see the power of his story?

Can you relate to it being a purpose-driven entrepreneur or corporate leader?

Well, coming back to the original story, at that moment and each day more after that day, it became clear for me the Pioneering and Transformative work I was sponsored here to do, in terms of developing and spreading out this new concept of Leadership, in a way that it could help all leaders that are ready to embrace their own Poised Journey.

The Poised Leadership Developmental Path

Thaís has designed an ideal developmental path, in order to allow our visionary leaders to experience each step of the way as light and joyful.

A path also, that would allow them to be able to grasp and embody the innovative content, practices and methodology at a realistic pace (instead of the drinking water from a firehose experience). 

She believes and has experienced for herself that it's important to focus on each step of one's OWN path and build solid foundations. Yes, great things do take time. There's no such thing as an overnight success, neither shortcut to success, nor personal and nor in poised leadership development.

We can prepare, do our best, and create catalytic conditions for breakthroughs to happen. But deep down inside, we all know breakthroughs come as a result of a lot of "silent" work that happens backstage and on deeper intimate levels.

As long as we're all in the human predicament, learning and growing, things will take the time it takes, as our consciousness and maturity shift according to our learnings, practices and laser focus look at our inner process.
